Application

• 1 - Mixing: In a clean, inclined plastic trough, gradually pour 40 kg of plaster into 34-36 L of water. Wait 2 minutes, then mix and let the mixture rest for 1 to 5 minutes until the paste is thick enough to be applied.
• 2 - Angle reinforcement: Place a rod against the reference rule to reinforce the angle.
• 3 - Troweling: Using a trowel, place the mortar on a float and spread the mixture onto the substrate.
• 4 - Leveling: Once the mortar is spread, level it using a horizontal rule, then vertically to ensure the substrate's flatness.
• 5 - Compression/cutting: Using a plasterer's knife, compress the plaster to fill imperfections, then cut the product with the same tool to remove surface defects.
• 6 - Smoothing: Smooth with the remaining plaster in the trough to obtain a straight and perfectly smooth surface.

Usage Tips

• The manual mortar is for indoor use only.
