Portland cement

EnduraMax Cement 52.5 N (CEM II A-L 52.5 N)

High-strength Portland Cement CEM II 52.5 N NA 442/2013 is a gray cement containing 95% ordinary clinker C3S ≥ 60% and 5% gypsum as a setting regulator.

Use of product

  • Major projects requiring high strength.
  • Concrete work requiring short formwork removal times and better durability.
  • Prefabricated works.
  • Buildings and engineering structures.
  • Concrete pouring in cold weather.
  • Foundation, underground, and sanitation works.
  • Civil engineering (structures and roads).
  • Reinforced and non-reinforced, precast or prestressed concrete, steam-cured and self-curing.
  • Construction works (residential, commercial, and industrial buildings).
  • Ready-mix concrete.

Specific and General Recommendations

  • For work in the rain, hot weather, high winds, or freezing conditions, use standardized and appropriate admixtures.
  • Pouring should be regular and continuous in thin layers.
  • The concrete drop height should not exceed 1 meter to avoid segregation. Beyond this height, it is essential to plan for the use of a chute at a suitable height, or a feeding chimney.
  • Adjust the vibration of the concrete to its consistency to achieve optimal compaction without segregation.
  • Ensure adherence to setting times during the delivery of fresh concrete.

Health and safety

The chemical composition of the cement is in full compliance with sanitary epidemiological regimen in terms of harmful substances requiring the quality of the given building material. When working with cement it is necessary to avoid contact with the eyes and skin, do not inhale dust and use appropriate protective clothing, gloves, eyes and face protectors.
