- PT16 is made from infinitely recyclable natural gypsum. The components have been carefully selected to minimize the impact on the environment and health.
Intended Use
Interior: walls and ceilings Applicable on various substrates: smooth-faced bricks, plaster blocks, smooth concrete, aerated concrete, and standard gypsum boards (vertical structures) under certain conditions
Application
- 1 - Mixing: Pour the contents of the mortar bag into a clean and pre-adjusted machine.
- 2 - Angle reinforcement: Place a bead against the reference rule to reinforce the angle.
- 3 - Projection: Spray the mixture (automatically mixed in the machine) while keeping the lance 20 cm from the surface to ensure consistent application.
- 4 - Leveling: Once the mortar is in place, level using a rule horizontally and then vertically to ensure the flatness of the substrate.
- 5 - Tightening/cutting: Using a plasterer's knife, tighten the plaster to fill imperfections, then cut the product with the same tool to remove surface defects..
- 6 - Smoothing: Smooth with the finishing plaster to obtain a straight and perfectly smooth surface.
